She is trained as a certified signing agent and holds certifications through Virginia Notary Public Classes, Notary2Pro, and the National Notary Association. She is background screened through the National Notary Association and holds a professional E&O insurance policy in the amount of $100,000.00. She is Pavaso certified to conduct Hybrid closings.

Wendy has worked in the real estate industry for many years. Her experience includes: Loss Mitigation modifying loans and document preparation for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, Private Investor and Portfolio, 1031 Federal Tax Deferred Exchanges, Real Estate Law Office and Residential Custom Home Construction Management.

She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies (General Practice), Magna Cum Laude and Phi Theta Kappa, and is a real estate referral agent with Metro Referral Associates.

Wendy is an active member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, Chesterfield Council on Aging and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. She holds memberships with the National Notary Association and American Association of Notaries.
