Your credit card is NOT stored on our servers. For your security, all credit card information is communicated directly to Authorize.net. Authorize.net is a 3rd-party credit card processing company.
It is also important to note that our Company will never share or sell your email address or other personal information with any service or product providers. We want a lasting, permanent relationship with you based on trust and security in the knowledge that our site is safe and your privacy is always protected.
Website Abuse
We reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine there has been abuse or violations of our rules, such as:
- Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
- Download any files posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
- Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations, or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
- Restricted or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
- Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable to any Communication Service.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Use of Cookies
American Notary USA uses “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. Recurring Payment, Cancellation Policy, And Refunds
American Notary USA bills through an online billing account for products and/or services. You agree to pay American Notary USA for all charges at the prices in effect for the products and/or services. You authorize American Notary USA to charge your payment method for any products and/or services. If you order a service or a product with recurring charges, you consent to American Notary USA charging your chosen payment method without your prior approval.
You can cancel your free or paid membership with American Notary USA at any time by email, contact page, and/or call our office.
All requested membership refunds will be prorated and issued for the time remaining. For annual memberships, refunds will be issued for the following month through the duration of the annual membership. For monthly memberships, a refund will be issued for the following day through the remainder of the month.
ID Badge Purchase Policy
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted ID Badge, you can return it for a full refund with 30 days of receipt.
1. I D Badge must be returned with the original packaging with all items included I D Badge, Card Holder, and Lanyard.
2. I D Badge must be shipped back to American Notary USA ( Customer pays for shipping back to American Notary USA ).
3 If you purchasing ID Badge and your organization is sale tax-exempt please email us a tax-exemption certificate to support@americannotaryusa.com
If you received ID Badge and American Notary USA has made an error, please contact our office or email us a photo of our error. We will send you a new ID Badge Card Only within 24 hours free of charge after receiving information.
Promotion
Signing up for a membership promotion that American Notary USA offers will not be able to cancel before the end of the membership terms ends
