I have been operating as a Mobile Notary/Loan Signing in Florida the past 4  years. Accept Loan Signing assignments via phone and/or email. Print and review closing documents for accuracy of names and other legal information. I communicate ahead of time with my clients of what types of identification they will need to provide; as well, that they will need a witness for the mortgage so that they are prepared. Describe Lender loan documents and obtain appropriate signatures. Notarized loan documents and other legal documents. Scan, Fax, or email required documents immediately to the title companies and/or Lenders. FedEx or UPS documents to the signing companies next day or as directed. I have also served as an "in-house" closer, I am very familiar with the Post Closing process; pringting and mailing out checks, etc.
