THEODORE DAHMUS

My name is Ted Dahmus.  I am from Cincinnati, Ohio.  I am a loan signing agent and mobile notary.  In addition, I am also licensed as a remote online notary for the state of Ohio.  I was the first non-attorney to obtain a RON certification when legislation passed in 2019.  Initially, my interest in the field came through witnessing a real estate transaction that I was involved in.  I was selling a piece of real estate; and on the day of the closing our signing agent for the closing canceled; so a fill-in mobile signing agent was called- sparking my interest. After that closing, I went on to study the industry more in-depth, pursued my license, and started my own company. I founded Ohio Electronic Notary in 2019, and have been executing closings in person and online for the past 4 years.  I have completed over 1,000 in-person closings, as well as over 1,000 remote online closings.  I pride myself on my relentless pursuit of bettering the industry, helping title companies learn of innovation in the industry, and the true efficiency of remote online closings.  In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my son Damon and playing sports.  My website which features reviews and testimonies of my past clients can be found at  http://www.ohioelectronicnotary.com
