With 20 years of transit training and compliance experience, I was compelled to create a company that offered the level of quality, convenience, care, and reliability XMS offers. For over 18 years, I was tasked interpreting and executing details of FTA Drug and Alcohol compliance testing and I figured the best way to give back to my community is to hire others and train them to do the same.

Additionally, for over two decades, I trained DOT qualified drivers on wheelchair safety and managed over 25 drug and alcohol collectors with a staff of over 1,000 employees. I created XMS to eliminate the stress company leaders face to remain in compliance by ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and standards.
